Program Requirements
During the semester, each intern will be required to work a minimum of fifteen hours per week. Over the summer, the minimum requirement will increase to forty hours per week. Each intern will be responsible for completing one large project on which they will present at the end of their tenure. These projects will be designed to give interns the opportunity to examine a topic in depth. To that end, they will be assigned with the interests of each intern in mind. In addition, each intern will also be responsible for any small tasks that his or her manager may require. Each intern will also be subject to periodic performance reviews so that they can easily gauge their performance and so that they can get the most out of their internship.
Selection Process
The selection criteria for this internship are extremely stringent and
only the most qualified applicants will be offered a position. The selection
process is created by the Selection Committee and is reviewed yearly.
